Arizona doctors have licenses removed

Arizona doctors have licenses removed:

"When the Arizona board approved Aven's medical license, board members knew of one possible victim. Last November the board learned that Aven was also accused of having an affair with another depressed patient who later committed suicide, according to the board's report. Evaluators ordered a second psychosexual evaluation for him.

Evaluator Dr. Stephen Brockway concluded that Aven "is a serious sexual predator and sex offender." Brockway said that he groomed, heavily medicated and sexually abused both patients, whom he later rejected, causing them harm.

One of them had sexual relations with Aven for 2 ½ years, according to the report. On Aug. 14, 2001, she became distraught when Aven broke up with her because she was "overweight" and he was in love with someone new.

The next day, she took an overdose of pills and died in the grass outside Aven's office, the report says."

But the 85-year-old Larsen says she plans to rebuild the 1930s landmark in nearly identical fashion.
