A western fundraiser - East Valley Tribune: Mesa: "Slip on your boots and get ready for a western music show and barbecue for a cause. The East Valley Institute of Technology is partnering with Mesa United Way to bring the musical group "The Notations" to EVIT for a fundraiser dinner and concert Sept. 24.
The event kicks off with a barbecue dinner from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Culinary Banquet Hall followed by the musical show at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. EVIT is located at 1601 W. Main St.
Tickets - $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger - must be purchased in advance at the EVIT Administration Building or by calling (480) 461-4160."
