Glendale police: Home intruders posed as city workers: "Glendale police say two men posing as city workers reportedly forced their way into a woman's home, demanding drugs and money Thursday.
Police were called to the home at 47th Avenue and Bethany Home Road a little after noon, Sgt. Brent Coombs, a Glendale police spokesman said.
The women told police the men, posing as Phoenix water department workers, wore yellow reflective vests, carried clipboards and drove a white Ford pickup truck with a flashing light, Coombs said."
