Arizona memorial helps to heal, unite 10 years after 9/11: "PHOENIX - Several Valley cities have dedicated memorials to honor the victims of 9/11.

Moving Memories is located near the state capital.

"As the sun moves across the sky in Arizona, which is one of the key elements that we have, the memorial keeps changing,” said Billy Shields, former Chairman of the Arizona 9-11 Memorial Commission.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the sun shines through etchings on the top wrung of cement.
