An official says the fire was sparked by lightning

Brad Miller of the Chandler Fire Department says the fire is burning at a tree farm near Brooks Farm and Cooper roads.
Miller said no structures are involved in the fire at this time.
There was no immediate estimate of how many trees were lost in the fire.
Crews from Phoenix, Sun Lakes, Tempe, and Mesa helped work to put out the blaze. "
