Tempe police ID man held in luring incidents: "Tempe police on Saturday identified the man suspected of trying to lure two young girls into his car as 30-year-old Joseph Jamie Larosa.
Larosa, a Tempe resident, was arrested Friday night at his home in the 1300 block of East Todd Drive. He was booked on two counts of luring a minor and two counts of attempted public sexual indecency, police said.
"This investigation remains ongoing as Tempe Police detectives review open cases with similar circumstances for any connection to Larosa," said Sgt. Steve Carbajal, a spokesman for the Tempe Police Department."
