Diamondbacks playoff tickets on sale Friday:
"Tickets went on sale Friday morning for tentative playoff games in October.
Leon Desimone, a Phoenix resident, was first in line at 6 a.m. A self-proclaimed die-hard fan, Desimone said he was surprised that the D-backs made it this far and wanted to root on his team.
He watched the Diamondbacks win the World Series back in 2001. Desimone says he wants to see it happen again and, in his mind, it's a real possibility.
"They have less pressure," he said.
This would be the first time the D-backs are in the playoffs since 2007, said John Fisher, D-Backs Senior VP of Sales and Marketing."
