Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission Public hearing about the Peaks on Friday

Around the Town: Public hearing about the Peaks on Friday:

"The Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing Friday to give all citizens an opportunity to give oral testimony, written information or send written testimony to NNHRC about Dook'o'osliid (San Francisco Peaks) as they relate to use, need for preservation, protection and other issues. The hearing will be at 5 p.m. at Flagstaff City Hall. It is open to the public.

For anyone unable to attend the hearing, NNHRC will accept a written testimony by mail. Include full name, date and chronological history of events pertaining to the issue. Also, state the problem and suggest possible solutions.
