Valley man selling human skull on Craigslist: "A Phoenix man is selling a human skull he purchased at a yard sale on Craigslist.

Mike Hale tells ABC15 he bought the skull recently at a sale near 35th Avenue and Northern.

"At first, I thought it was a fake," said Hale.

Hale now believes it to be the skull of a person between the ages of 12 to 14.

According to The Bone Room , human bones are legal to posses and sell in the United States.

Hale purchased the skull for just $1 and is now selling it for $300 on Craigslist .

As of Monday morning, Hale says he's received approximately 20 inquiries from people interested in purchasing the skull.

"I'm sure someone will love it," said Hale."
